Cheryl Heng is a scenographer and educator with interdisciplinary professional experience encompassing architecture, scenography design and production, art project management, research and experimentation in multi-sensory art installation, music, dance and choreography.
She has worked in Taiwan, Japan and France in the design and project management of big and small architectural projects as well as several performance-based production works and outdoor art installations. She was art coordinator in the 2010 Setouchi International Arts Festival for several international artists where her linguistic skills were put to good use.
She teaches 3D Foundation at Nanyang Technological University School of Art, Design and Media. She is also a Music and Movement educator deriving curriculum based on the Dalcroze, Kodaly and Orff methods.
